林國樑院長曾到韓國(哲學博士,長老會神學大學)及美國(文學碩士，惠敦大學. 神學碩士,達拉斯神學院，美國..）就學畢業後，在一九八七年六月回台灣，到家鄉東部花蓮設立 [國際中國外語神學院] ，分院在台北新店安康路一段，學生畢業至今有560人。

本學院乃是台灣政府立案財團法人合法機關，並且獲得台灣教育局檢定所設立的一所基督教教育學府。 
本學院也是附屬於中華基督教長老會 山宣總會之屬靈遮蓋。

本學院也是屬於韓國長老會神學大學 （www.pcts.ac.kr）之分校。本院院長曾畢業他的哲學博士在此大學，並且院長也常到長老會神學大學教授課程。

 

Lin Guo Liang principal had graduated his (Ph.D., Presbyterian Theological University) and graduated at United States (M.A., Wheaton University); ( Master of Theology, Dallas Theological Seminary )

In June 1987 he went back to Taiwan, to his hometown in eastern Hua Lien establish the "International Theological Seminary for Foreign Languages of China", and have a branch school at Taipei, An Kang Road, the college so far had 560 graduates.

 

The College is certified or accredited by Taiwan Ministry of Education department. It is a registered college and set up by the legal authority for Christian Education College.

The College is also affiliated with the Presbyterian Church of Christ Taiwan.

 

The college is also a part of (branch college) South Korea's Presbyterian Theological University (www.pcts.ac.kr) . The principal had graduated his Doctorate of Philosophy in this university and he quite often go to teach at South Korea's Presbyterian Theological University (www.pcts.ac.kr).
